Ergonomic layout
A major advantage of the robot over conventional labeling machines is its small footprint. It can be optimally integrated into existing lines and at medium production speeds in particular.
Gluing station with glue roller
The motor-driven glue roller ensures a constant glue application of the label. The heated glue tank ensures the correct viscosity of the special glue and supplies the roller with sufficient glue.
Reliable gripping system
The fast, vacuum-supported gripping system attaches the labels precisely to the containers and, with the brushes on the side, ensures secure fastening that is gentle on the material.
Precise alignment
The packs are already aligned by an integrated module during labelling. There is no need for additional alignment at the pick-up station of the palletising robot.
Short set-up times
The right gripper for every label: When production changes, the label magazine and gripper are changed over quickly and easily. Preset parameters make further fine adjustment unnecessary.
High flexibility
Small or large; round, square or oval: the labelling robot processes a wide variety of containers and thus increases the flexibility and production reliability of your filling line.
