Robot-supported lid placement
The fully automatic lid placing robot places the lids quickly and reliably on the products. It processes both round and oval lids.
Secure product closure
After the lids have been placed on the pails, they are closed securely in a pressing station and will be transported to the pick-up station of the palletizing robot.
Feeding of trays
For the production of containers with product additives, our modules take over the automatic feeding of inserts to add additional components.
Feeding with additional components
After the trays have been placed, another robot feeds the bins with an additional component. The entire process is fully automated.
