The separation of the packs is fully automated. The Zetaro achieves cycle times of 1440 packs per hour.
Highest flexibility
It handles round, square, and elliptical containers with or without hangers in sizes from approximately 2 to 30 liters, increasing the flexibility of your production.
Intuitive touch interface
Pails are selected and production quantities defined via the user-friendly touch interface. A web interface enables browser-based access to the production data.
Simple feeding
The pail magazine can be loaded conveniently at pallet height directly from the pallet. Stacks can be refilled during production without any interruption.
Big pail magazine
After erection, the packs are aligned by a turntable and discharged to the front or side for filling, depending on the configuration.
Service via remote maintenance
The Zetaro Desnester is connected to the Systemation remote maintenance system and can be easily checked by our technicians - without on-site service.
